La Jolie Ronde's annual North and Midlands Meeting took place this weekend

 

Licensees gathered for La Jolie Ronde's annual North and Midlands Meeting, held at The Source Conference Centre in Sheffield this weekend.

 

La Jolie Ronde's General Manager Steve Baker opened the meeting by welcoming everyone, continuing with a full company update before introducing, Area Co-Ordinator for Leeds, Zoe Dooley who gave a interesting talk on teaching within a nursery setting.

 

Other discussions that took place included hints and tips on marketing and taking on tutors. Licensees also shared ideas and activities and songs that they regularly use in their classes. Networking and discussion groups took place during the afternoon session.

 

 

 

Deborah Marsden was announced as Regional Licensee of the Year. La Jolie Ronde’s General Manager Steve Baker said, "Deborah has been with La Jolie Ronde for 6 years and was chosen as she has shown outstanding commitment & dedication. Her lessons are well presented in quality learning environments where children are happy and enthusiastic. Deborah has developed a thriving business with 75-80 pupils. Her love of languages and love of France pervades through her teaching making her an extremley worthy winner". he added.

La Jolie Ronde Founder Colette Hallam presented Service Awards to:

5 year presentations: Dominique Crookes - Sheffield. Charlotte Baker - Levenshulme Manchester. Geraldine Lebrasseur - Cleethorpes

10 year presentations: Alison Lindsay - Northwich. Carolyn Cattley - Ashbourne.

15 year Presentations: Andrea Collard - Chesterfield.
